With 23 years' experience of leading cases in all aspects of Intellectual Property in areas of Patent Law, Copyright, Design, Trade Marks and Confidential Information, Niall advises regularly on Intellectual Property Strategy, a combination of identification of rights, securing those rights in the correct place and a strategy for policing and enforcement.
Kelly graduated from Northumbria University with a first class honours degree in Law. She joined McDaniels Law in 2008 as a Trainee Solicitor and remained with the firm following qualification. She is now a Director specialising in Intellectual Property.
Graham joined McDaniels Law in November 2015 as the Accounts Manager having previously worked at a top 100 law firm and a national specialist litigation firm. Graham is AAT part qualified, holds a widely recognised ILFM (Dip) qualification, and is currently studying on the ILFM (Associate) course. Graham has over 10 years’ experience in legal cashiering and has sound knowledge of the SRA’s accounts rules. Along with the day to day running of the firms accounts department Graham has also taken on further responsibility in assisting with the office management side of the business.
Connor joined McDaniels Law in August 2019. He qualified as a solicitor in August 2018 and prior to joining McDaniels Law, Connor undertook his training contract at Longden Walker and Renney Solicitors before subsequently moving to Irwin Mitchell on qualification where is undertook high value, complex litigation claims
Megan joined McDaniels Law as a Solicitor Apprentice in September 2017. She is part of the first intake of solicitor apprentices, an innovative new route to qualification as a solicitor. Before joining McDaniels Law Megan was studying for A-Levels at St Joseph’s Academy where she achieved an A* in Law while working part-time.
