We have teamed up with the Greeting Card Association, the voice of the UK greeting card industry, to tackle the rise of copycats on Temu, the Chinese-owned online marketplace, and prevent the infringement of members’ products and designs.
As part of this effort, we have produced a 7-page guide to using Temu’s takedown process which is available to GCA members to aid them in fighting online counterfeiters. The issue of online copycats is a growing problem in this digital age, particularly within creative industries, and is something that the industry as a whole is keen to tackle.
