Adam is a Director and heads up our North West office in Carlisle. Adam previously worked for the firm before leaving to take up a position with a commercial law firm in Carlisle. He returned to McDaniels Law in December 2020 to lead on the setting up our North West office and our expansion into Cumbria.
Adam is well known in the Cumbria business community and often delivers workshops and seminars in the area. He advises on all aspects of intellectual property law whether contentious or non-contentious, with a particular focus on litigious matters, and enjoys getting to know a business, its commercial aims and how its intellectual property can be utilised to achieve those aims.
Adam graduated from Lancaster University in 2009 with an Honours degree in Politics and International Relations. He subsequently undertook the Graduate Diploma in Law and Legal Practice Course at Northumbria University, graduating with a Distinction in 2012. Adam qualified as a solicitor in 2014. He lives near Carlisle with his wife and young son.
