This week, one of our directors Adam Turley, attended Clerkenwell Design Week in London and took part in a panel discussion: AI, Design, and the Human Imperative. The event was hosted by Anti-Copying in Design (“ACID”), a design and intellectual property campaigning member organisation, for which we are legal affiliates.
They discussed the impacts of AI on modern day designing and how it affects originality which is protected by intellectual property. ACID’s Chairman and Co-Founder Dids Macdonald OBE said: “Respect, ethics, and compliance must be integral to creatives and AI working in tandem underscored by transparency.”
