McDaniels Law feature in a new BBC One series, Northern Justice

As seen on BBC One, a 10-part documentary series ‘Northern Justice’ shows how our team helps clients to protect their intellectual property. Featured in episodes 4,5 & 7, we emphasise the importance of protecting intellectual property and stopping others from IP infringement. In the announcement of the programme, the BBC said in a press release: “Northern Justice will reveal what happens when ordinary people facing all sorts of extraordinary times in their lives turn to local lawyers in their hour of need.” Director, Niall Head-Rapson features three different clients who share their stories and experience of others infringing their intellectual property rights. You can catch up on the episodes on BBC iplayer here. Commenting on the programme, Niall Head-Rapson said: “It was a great experience to be part of the series and we are proud to have been chosen by the BBC to feature. The show highlights the important work we and other solicitors in the local area do for clients. We were able to provide a real insight into intellectual property issues people and businesses face which could ultimately have a detrimental effect. It was great to show how our work can help clients and stop people from infringing intellectual property rights.” If you have any questions on the above, please do not hesitate to contact the team at McDaniels Law on 0191 281 4000 or legal@mcdanielslaw.com. in: Case Law, Companies, Copyright, Designs, Digital/Tech, Legal News, News
