Qualifications
Molly graduated from Northumbria University in 2021 with an Integrated Master’s LLB (Hons) Exempting degree. She studied intellectual property whilst at university and achieved first-class marks in this module. Molly began her training at McDaniels Law shortly thereafter and qualified as a solicitor in August 2023.
Molly undertakes and assists on a full range of IP work and has a particular interest in litigation matters.
What are the values that drive you or /and what do you enjoy about the work you do?
My desire to specialise in IP stems from the fact it is constantly evolving and enables me to work first hand with a breadth of clients from a range of industry sectors. I enjoy working closely alongside and building long-term relationships with clients. Intellectual property is a particularly complex area of law and I enjoy the challenge of finding and advising on the best strategy for clients and achieving desirous results.

Random fact: I once played for Queen Elizabeth II in my steel drum band.
