The Journey Continues

Steve Terry, former frontman of American rock band Journey, has dropped the proceedings he issued against his former bandmates.

Terry issued proceedings in September 2022 against Freedom JN LLC, a company owned by Journey members Neal Schon and Jonathon Cain. Terry requested the company be prevented from using the bands trade marks on any official merchandise or apparel. The claim was “denied with prejudice” and so Terry will be unable to refile the claim in the future.

This news comes after it emerged Schon and Cain are also embroiled in a separate legal dispute with each other over Cain’s Republican beliefs following his recent performance at Mar-a-Lago.

Despite the various legal battles which have surfaced recently, Journey are set to begin a tour in North America on 27 January 2023 which will see some of the band members perform on stage together for the first time in over four decades.
