Background to ongoing design case in Guardian article

McDaniel & Co. Senior Associate, Kelly Hudson, has been quoted in a Guardian article which focuses on one of McDaniel & Co.'s client's ongoing intellectual property (IP) claims. Additionally, Kelly comments that "it is very unfortunate when these things happen but with the right advice, businesses can protect and enforce their rights successfully. Doing so is a deterrent for any would-be future infringers and also allows the infringed party to take advantage of the publicity of a successful result which, although difficult to quantify, undoubtedly has a very high value".
