Office Administrator

We are currently seeking an Office Administrator/Administrative Assistant on a full-time basis.  Duties will be varied, but will include:-

  • Letter and document formatting, distribution, and filing; 
  • Answering phones; 
  • Organising the Case Management System; 
  • Dealing with initial client enquiries; and
  • Assisting the in-house Accountant with creating pre-bills; creating and sending out bills; posting credits and debits to relevant ledgers; dealing with Client receipts and payments: writing up cheques; dealing with Client/Office transfers; and processing and posting Credit Notes.

Candidates must be punctual with good time-keeping skills, be personable, and be able to communicate effectively.
